Pro-rated refunds are provided for Annual Commuter Zone Permits. The parking permit must be received in the Parking Office before 4:30 p.m. on the last business day of the qualifying month in order for a refund to be processed. The last day that a 2016-17 Annual Commuter Zone Permit may be returned for a refund is Friday, May 5, 2017.
There is a $5 processing fee for all permits returned for a refund or exchange.
The responsibility for returning a permit and requesting a refund lies with the permit holder. A refund will not be issued if there is an outstanding balance on the Parking account. The refund will be applied to the outstanding Parking balance before the remaining balance is issued. If the parking permit is not returned to the Parking Office, no refund will be issued.
