Thank you for your interest in renting a Beaver Bus. Due to a national and regional driver shortage, we have suspended Beaver Bus rentals until further notice.

Transportation Services may rent the Beaver Bus to OSU departments for special events.

Rentals are subject to availability, and are contingent upon meeting the demand of regular Beaver Bus service and existing rental commitments. Rentals are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Beaver Bus rentals are only available to OSU departments, and are only available for on-campus destinations.

Rates

The rental rate is $95 per hour, per bus, which covers the use of the bus, a driver and fuel. There is a two-hour per day minimum charge for renting the Beaver Bus.
