Pro-rated refunds are provided for Annual Permits. The parking permit must be received by Transportation Services before 4:30 p.m. on the last business day of the qualifying month in order for a refund to be processed. The last day that a 2019-20 annual permit may be returned for a refund is Friday, May 15, 2020.
There is a $5 processing fee for all permits returned for a refund or exchange.
The responsibility for returning a permit and requesting a refund lies with the permit holder. A refund will not be issued if there is an outstanding balance on the parking account. The refund will be applied to the outstanding parking balance before the remaining balance is issued. If the parking permit is not returned to Transportation Services, no refund will be issued.
