Pro-rated refunds are provided for Annual Commuter Zone Permits. The parking permit must be received by Transportation Services before 4:30 p.m. on the last business day of the qualifying month in order for a refund to be processed. The last day that a 2019-20 annual permit may be returned for a refund is Friday, May 15, 2020.
There is a $5 processing fee for all permits returned for a refund or exchange.

The refund will be applied to the outstanding parking balance before the remaining balance is issued. If the parking permit is not returned to Transportation Services, no refund will be issued.
