Winter Term R Parking Permit Sales

All sales begin at noon. Permits for campus residents are sold on a 1-space to 1-permit, subject to availability. Campus Residents who are currently on a Fall Term waitlist, but were not notified of an available permit, may purchase a permit on January 5, 2023, subject to availability. Please secure a permit before bringing a vehicle to campus.

  • December 1, 2022 at noon - R renewal for current permit holders. 
  • January 5, 2023 at noon - Open Sales, subject to availability.

Visitor and Hourly Permits

Hourly permits are available at any Pay Station on campus. Visitor permits are available online or in our office.

Monthly Permits

Monthly permits are sold by zone, subject to availability. Monthly permits may be purchased 10 days in advance and are valid 31 days from the date selected. Customers will receive an email reminder 5 days before the permit expires reminding them to renew.

Resident Apartment RA Permits (The GEM)

Permits for resident apartments are sold on a 1-space to 1-permit basis, subject to availability. Individuals residing in a resident apartment are eligible for one (1) parking permit for a maximum of one (1) vehicle on campus. Permits are valid July 1 each year through June 30 the following year.

Permits must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Please secure a permit before bringing a vehicle to campus.

Term permits for On-Campus Residents

Permits for campus residents are sold on a 1-space to 1-permit basis throughout the term, subject to availability. Campus residents are eligible for one (1) parking permit for a maximum of one (1) vehicle on campus.

Prices are pro-rated weekly for Fall, Winter and Spring terms. Summer Term permits are a flat, non-refundable rate. Permits must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Please secure a permit before bringing a vehicle to campus.

Parking Permit Requirements

Permits are required year-round, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. in A, B and C zones on campus, unless marked. Residential permits are required at all times, year-round.

Register your Vehicle with OSU

Parking permits for the OSU Corvallis campus are virtual! Your license plate is your parking permit.

Be prepared to provide your vehicle(s):

  • License plate number
  • Make
  • Color
  • Body Type (2 door, 4 door, SUV, etc.)

Where Can I Park?

Oregon State University operates a zonal parking system. The zonal system includes a "park down" feature, which means that you may park in your assigned zone as well as in any commuter zone at a lower price level.
