Parking Permit Rates

SPRING TERM 2025 R PARKING PERMIT SALES

Campus Residents with a Winter 2025 R parking permit will receive an email advising them when and how to renew their parking permit. All other customers are encouraged to sign up for our email notification list. All sales begin at noon. Permits for campus residents are sold on a 1-space to 1-permit basis.

• March 5, 2025 at noon through March 26, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. - Permit renewal for Winter Term 2025 Campus Resident R permit holders.
• March 27, 2025 at noon - General Sales, subject to availability.

Prices are pro-rated weekly. Parking permits cannot be charged to student accounts.

Please secure a permit before bringing a vehicle to campus. If permits sell out we cannot accommodate the vehicle on campus.

Visitor and Hourly Permits

Hourly permits are available at any Pay Station on campus. Visitor permits are available online or in our office.

Monthly Permits

Monthly permits are sold by zone, subject to availability. Monthly permits may be purchased 6 days in advance and are valid 31 days from the date selected. Customers will receive an email reminder 5 days before the permit expires reminding them to renew.

2024-2025 Annual Permits for Commuter Zones

All sales begin at noon. Current annual permit holders will receive an email about renewals. All other customers are encouraged to sign up for email notifications. 

• September 10, 2024 at noon - A, B, C permit renewal for 2023-24 annual permit holders. 
• September 17, 2024 at noon - General sales for A, B, and C Commuter permits.

Permits must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payroll Deduction is available through September 30, 2024.

Annual Commuter permit prices are prorated.  See prorated price schedule to view price if you are purchasing an annual permit after November 1, 2024.  

Resident Apartment RA Permits (The GEM and 1045 SW Madison)

Permits for resident apartments are sold on a 1-space to 1-permit basis, subject to availability. Individuals residing in a resident apartment are eligible for one (1) parking permit for a maximum of one (1) vehicle on campus. Permits are valid July 1 each year through June 30 the following year.

• June 5, 2024 at noon - General sales for GEM permits (SOLD OUT)
• August 6, 2024 at noon - General sales for Madison permits (SOLD OUT)

Permits must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Please secure a permit before bringing a vehicle to campus. If permits sell out, we cannot accommodate the vehicle on campus.

Motorcycle Permits

All sales begin at noon. Current annual permit holders will receive an email about renewals. All other customers are encouraged to sign up for email notifications.

• September 10, 2024 at noon - A, B, C permit renewal for 2023-24 annual permit holders. 
• September 17, 2024 at noon - General sales motorcycle permits.

Permits must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payroll Deduction is available through September 30, 2024.
