Bike Lockers on the OSU Corvallis Campus
Transportation Services maintains banks of lockers outside Strand Hall, Cordley Hall, Cascade Hall, and Snell Hall. They are available to rent by OSU students and employees, and can be rented by the term or for the year.
Renting a Locker
The rental rate is $40/term for lockers in all locations.
Lockers are rented on a first come, first served basis. Lockers can be reserved via email or in person. Keys must be picked up in person at the Transportation Services Main Office at the Western Building (West Entrance, 850 SW 35th Street). Our office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Bike locker applications will open for Fall 2024 on September 9, 2024
Bike Locker Description
Bike lockers are more secure than outdoor bike racks, especially if your bike will be locked on campus overnight. Lockers protect both your bike and any unsecured parts such as the wheels and seat. Bike lockers also protect bikes from the elements.
The dimensions fit most standard bikes, but may not accommodate unconventional frame sizes or shapes (such as recumbent bikes, cargo bicycles, or bikes with accessories such as child seats attached). Feel free to contact us at [email protected] to confirm if your bike will fit in our lockers.
Relocated Lockers (Summer 2024)
Plageman lockers permanently moved to two new locations (Strand Hall and Cordley Hall) during the summer 2024.
Other Secure Bike Storage
Transportation Services does not operate or maintain any bike rooms at residence halls or academic buildings on campus. These rooms are interior to the building, and are maintained by the building manager. They are typically only accessible to those with key card access to the building, such as a building resident or employee.
The following residence halls have indoor bike rooms for residents of those halls to use:
- Bloss
- Buxton
- Cauthorn
- Halsell
- Hawley
