Visitors are welcome at OSU!
When looking at the parking map, you will see parking lots labeled zone A, B, and C located throughout campus. These commuter zones are for visitors, students and employees, and require a parking permit Monday - Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. (year round - even when classes are not in session). Please park only in a space designated by painted lines, and pay careful attention to signs in each lot to avoid parking in restricted use spaces.
Please do not park in Residential R parking lots at any time, as these locations are for campus residents only, 24/7.
Helpful tip: Some parking lots are very popular, and campus is a busy place. We recommend that you know how to find a second parking lot in case your first choice is unavailable when you arrive. Beaver Buses are free shuttles circulating on campus to help you get where you need to go.
To park in any A, B, or C lot on campus between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday, you will need to purchase a parking permit. This can be done online before driving to campus or from a smart phone upon your arrival.
Hourly and daily parking permits can also be purchased from one of the many pay stations on campus.
Important! For either option, you will need to know the license plate number of the vehicle you are parking.

Pay by Space parking (also called metered parking) is available on the third floor of the OSU Parking Garage for Beaver Store customers and west of the Kerr Administration building.
These spaces are for shorter visits such as picking up a few things at the Beaver Store, or dropping off a check at the cashier's office in Kerr. In order to ensure availability for people running errands, these are monitored and enforced from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
No refunds are issued for hourly or daily parking transactions. Time not used is non-refundable. Contact Transportation Services if assistance is needed with the Passport app.
The Corvallis Fire Department gives special permission to allow temporary loading/unloading in fire lanes during residence hall move in day. Parking in fire lanes or yellow curbs is not permitted the rest of the year, so please obey all posted signs and painted curbs during your future visits!
